Creation of the visual identity for Mataró’s Performing Arts programme during the first half of 2020.
The concept is based on the idea that theatre, music, dance and circus make us fly, transporting us to new worlds, perspectives and emotional states.
To represent the different areas of the programme, we selected three bird species found in the Maresme region and associated each one with the personality of its section: the long-eared owl for the Main Season, chosen for its presence and nocturnal character; the blue tit for Sortim en família, for its small size, lively nature and bright colours, qualities that connect with children and family audiences; and the hoopoe for Fet a Mataró, whose distinctive and playful appearance makes it a perfect fit for the newest and most daring proposals.
